The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") announces that byResolution No. 163/2025 of February 13th 2025 the Management Board ofthe Warsaw Stock Exchange decided to admit 1,000,000 Series AP3 bearerbonds of the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 100 per bond, totrading on the main market as of the date of their registration by theCentral Securities Depository of Poland.
