(the "Company") announces that CentralSecurities Depository of Poland (the "CSDP") said in its Statement No.158/2025 of February 18th 2025 that the 1,000,000 Series AP3 bearerbonds of the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 100 per bond, ISINPLKRK0000895 (the "Bonds"), will be registered on February 20th 2025.The registration is made in connection with the admission of the Bondsto trading on the regulated market.
