The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company" or "Issuer") announcesthat the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the "WSE"), byResolution No. 1458/2023 of December 29th 2023 on the introduction totrading on the Catalyst market of Series AO3EUR bearer bonds issued byKRUK S.A., decided as follows:

1) that 50,000 Series AO3EUR bearer bonds issued by KRUK S.A, with anominal value of EUR 100 per bond, assigned by the Central SecuritiesDepository of Poland code _#8216;PLKRK0000804', will be introduced to tradingon the main market as of January 4th 2024;

2) that the bonds specified above will be listed in the continuoustrading system under ticker symbol _#8216;KRU1228'.
