(the "Company") announces that CentralSecurities Depository of Poland (the "CSDP") said in its Statement No.172/2024 of February 16th 2024 that the 100,000 Series AO5EUR bearerbonds of the Company, with a nominal value of EUR 100 per bond, ISINPLKRK0000820 (the "Bonds"), will be registered within three days of thereceipt by the CSDP of the decision to admit the Bonds to trading on theregulated market
