(the "Company") announces that byResolution No. 191/2024 of February 19th 2024 the Management Board ofthe Warsaw Stock Exchange decided to admit 100,000 Series AO5EUR bearerbonds of the Company, with a nominal value of EUR 100 per bond, totrading on the main market as of the date of their registration by theCentral Securities Depository of Poland.
