Further to Current Report No. 61/2024 of November 5th 2024, theManagement Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") announces that today theCompany's subsidiary PROKURA NFW FIZ (the "Buyer") has signed agreements(the "Agreements") with bank PKO BP S.A. (the "Bank"). The Agreementsprovide for the purchase from the Bank of unsecured debt portfolios witha nominal value of approximately PLN 812m. The While the Terms andconditions of the Agreements do not differ from those commonly used inagreements of such type.
