The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") announces that byResolution No. 7/2023 of January 3rd 2023 the Management Board of theWarsaw Stock Exchange (the "WSE") decided to admit 100,000 Series AN2bearer bonds with a par value of PLN 100 per bond (the "Bonds") totrading on the main market operated by the WSE. Pursuant to theresolution, the Bonds will be introduced to trading as of the date ofregistration of the Bonds by the Central Securities Depository of Poland(the "CSDP_quot;).
