The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") announces that onFebruary 27th 2023 the credit facility agreement entered into by theCompany and its subsidiary PROKURA NS FIZ with ING Bank Śląski S.A, asannounced by the Company in Current Report No. 49/2018 of December 20th2018, was terminated by mutual agreement of the parties.

The termination is related to the planned changes in the KRUK Group'sfinancing structure.
