The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company", "KRUK") announces thaton March 13th 2023 the Company was for the first time assigned ratingsby the credit rating agencies Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) andStandard _amp; Poor's (S_amp;P Global). The ratings are as follows:

? the corporate rating for the KRUK Group from Moody's is "Ba1" with astable outlook;

? the corporate rating for the KRUK Group from S_amp;P Global is "BB-" witha stable outlook.
