The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company" or "Issuer") announcesthat the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the "WSE"), byResolution No. 694/2023 of July 3rd 2023 on the introduction to tradingon the Catalyst market of Series AN4 bearer bonds issued by KRUK S.A.,decided as follows:

1) that 500,000 Series AN4 bearer bonds issued by KRUK S.A, with anominal value of PLN 100 per bond, assigned by the Central SecuritiesDepository of Poland code _#8216;PLKRK0000762', will be introduced to tradingon the main market as of July 5th 2023;

2) that the bonds specified above will be listed in the continuoustrading system under ticker symbol "KRU0628".
