(the "Company") announces that on August 22nd 2023the Central Securities Depository of Poland (CSDP) said in its StatementNo. 758/2023 that the 750,000 series Bonds, under ISIN codePLKRK0000770, will be registered within three days of the receipt by theCSDP of the decision to admit the Bonds to trading on the regulatedmarket.
