The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") announces that byResolution No. 885/2023 of August 22nd 2023 the Management Board of theWarsaw Stock Exchange decided to admit 750,000 Series AO1 bearer bondsof the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 100 per bond, to trading onthe main market as of the date of their registration by the CentralSecurities Depository of Poland.
