Further to Current Report No. 83/2023 of November 28th 2023, theManagement Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") announces that todayagreement (the "Agreement") was concluded between the Company'ssubsidiary - Kruk Investimenti s.r.l. of Milan, Italy, and entity of theBNP Paribas Group.
The Agreement provides for the purchase an unsecured retail debtportfolio with an aggregate nominal value of approx EUR 73m (PLN 314,7mtranslated at the average exchange rate quoted by the National Bank ofPoland for December 15th 2023).
The Agreement does not provide for any contractual penalties, and it'sother terms do not differ from standard market terms applied inagreements of such type.
