The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") announces that byResolution No. 784/2022 of August 19th 2022 the Management Board of theWarsaw Stock Exchange (the "WSE") decided to admit 600.000 Series AM4bearer bonds of the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 100 per bond(the "Bonds"), to trading on the main market of the WSE as of the dateof their registration by the Central Securities Depository of Poland(the "CSDP").
