(the "Company") announces that on August23rd 2022 the Central Securities Depository of Poland (CSDP) said in itsStatement No. 762/2022 of August 23rd 2022 that the Bonds will beregistered within three days of the receipt by the CSDP of the decisionto admit the Bonds to trading on the regulated market.
