Further to Current Report No. 19/2020 of July 21st 2020 announcing theFirst Prospectus-exempt Bond Issue Programme (the "Programme"), theManagement Board of KRUK S.A. announces that on September 12th 2022 itpassed a resolution to increase the maximum total nominal value of bondsthat can be outstanding under the Programme to PLN 1,4 bn.
The other material parameters of the Programme, including the Programmeterms and conditions governing issuance of bonds, will remain unchanged.
