Further to Current Report No. 80/2022 of November 28th 2022, theManagement Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") announces that on December7th 2022 the Central Securities Depository of Poland (CSDP) said in itsStatement No. 1109/2022 of December 7th 2022 that the Bonds AN1 will beregistered within three days of the receipt by the CSDP of the decisionto admit the Bonds to trading on the regulated market.
