Further to Current Report No. 10/2020 of April 21st 2020 on the SeventhPublic Bond Programme (the "Seventh Programme"), the Management Board ofKRUK S.A. (the "Company") announces that on August 24th 2020 it wasnotified of the approval by the Polish Financial Supervision Authorityon August 24th 2020 of the Company's prospectus prepared for thepurposes the Seventh Programme.
