Further to Current Report No. 31/2019 of June 12th 2019 on the issue ofbonds, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company", the "Issuer")announces that on June 28th 2019 it became aware of successful placementby the Dealer, acting on behalf of the Issuer, of the Series AH1unsecured bearer bonds (the "Bonds"). The Bonds have been registeredwith the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt PapierówWartościowych S.A.). Based on the information, the Company's ManagementBoard concluded that the Bond issue was successful and that 50.000 Bondshad been allotted, each with a nominal value per bond equal to the issueprice of PLN 1,000 (with a total value amounting to PLN 50m). The Bondswill bear interest at 3M WIBOR plus a fixed margin of 4.0 percentagepoints.
