Further to Current Report No. 54/2017 of December 7th 2017 on the FifthPublic Bond Programme (the "Fifth Programme"), the Management Board ofKRUK S.A. (the "Company") announces that on April 16th 2018 it wasnotified of the approval by the Polish Financial Supervision Authorityof the Company's prospectus prepared for the purposes the FifthProgramme.
