Further to Current Report No. 39/2015 of July 2nd 2015, the ManagementBoard of KRUK S.A. ("Company") announces that on November 29th 2018together with its subsidiary PROKURA NS FIZ ("Borrower") of theexecution of an annex ("Annex") to the trilateral revolving creditfacility agreement ("Credit Facility") with mBank Spółka Akcyjna("Bank").As of the date of the Annex, the Credit Facility amount wasraised by PLN 40m, i.e. up to a maximum total amount of PLN 140m. Inaddition, the repayment date was set at June 30th 2023.
