Text of the report:
The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") announces that onDecember 19th 2018 a credit facility agreement (the "Agreement") wasconcluded with Bank Pocztowy S.A. The Agreement provides for a revolvingworking capital facility of up to PLN 50m to finance or refinancepurchase of debt portfolios on the Polish market (the "CreditFacility"). The Credit Facility bears interest set on arm's length basisbased on 1M WIBOR. The Credit Facility is granted for a period ending onDecember 18th 2023.
