The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") announces that byvirtue of Resolution No. 846/16 of December 14th 2016 the ManagementBoard of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (the CentralSecurities Depository of Poland, CSDP) resolved to register 400,000Series AF1 bearer shares of KRUK S.A., with a par value of PLN 100 perbond, issued under Management Board's Resolution No. 217/2016 on theFourth Bond Issue Programme, dated September 19th 2016, and ManagementBoard's Resolution No. 326/2016 on the final terms and conditions of theSeries AF1 Bonds, dated November 28th 2016, and to assign the Bonds ISINcode No. PLKRK0000481.
