Subject: Nomination of a candidate for the Supervisory Board of KRUK S.A.

Acting on behalf of Vienna Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (the “Fund”), an open-end pension fund represented by Vienna Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. Vienna Insurance Group, with its registered office in Warsaw at Al. Jerozolimskie 162A, 02-342 Warsaw, Poland, in connection with the appointments to the Supervisory Board to be made at the Annual General Meeting of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) convened for 26 May 2026, we hereby submit the candidacy of Rafał Mikusiński for the position of independent member of the Company’s Supervisory Board.

In accordance with his statement, Rafał Mikusiński has consented to stand as a candidate for the Company’s Supervisory Board and has further confirmed in writing that he satisfies the requirements applicable to independent members of the Supervisory Board.
