The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the Company) informs that on January22nd 2025, the Company received Ms. Beata Stelmach resignation from herposition as member of the Company's Supervisory Board, effective January29th 2025.
The reason for the resignation from the position of member of theSupervisory Board of the Company is the limitation caused by taking aposition in the body of another commercial company.
