Regarding: Nomination for the position of independent member of the Supervisory Board of KRUK S.A.

On behalf of Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, with its registered office at ul. Topiel 12, 00-342 Warsaw, Poland (the "Fund"), represented by Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., we hereby submit the nomination of Ms Dominika Bettman as a candidate for the position of an independent member of the Supervisory Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") in connection with the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company scheduled for 30 January 2025.

As confirmed in the statements provided to us, Ms Dominika Bettman has agreed to stand for election to the Company's Supervisory Board.

Ms Bettman's extensive professional experience and expertise position her as a candidate who can significantly contribute to the Company's success, providing assurance of the proper execution of responsibilities expected of independent members of the Supervisory Board.
