(the "Company") with reference to thecurrent report no. 73/2024 dated on December 30th 2024, and currentreport no. 74/2024 dated on December 31st 2024, informs that on January27th 2025 it received from Shareholder Nationale-Nederlanden OtwartyFundusz Emerytalny (Shareholder), represented by Nationale-NederlandenPowszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., a submission of the candidacy ofMs Dominika Bettman as an independent member of the Company'sSupervisory Board.
