The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") announces that onJanuary 30th 2025 the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting appointed,effective the same date, Ms. Dominika Bettman to serve on the Company'sSupervisory Board.

Below is presented the biographical note of Ms. Dominika Bettman.

Dominika Bettman, manager with 30 years of experience, digitaltechnology leader. A seasoned business professional, she has managedorganisations, overseen large-scale infrastructure projects, implementednew technologies, and led change management initiatives. An advocate fordigital transformation and sustainable, responsible business practices,she also serves as a mentor to board members. She is the author of thebooks "Technologiczne Magnolie" and "Technologiczne Magnolie 2.0.". Astrong proponent of diversity and inclusive leadership, Ms Bettman isactively engaged in initiatives that support the professionaldevelopment of women, particularly in STEM fields. She will serve asGeneral Manager of Microsoft Poland until the end of February 2025.Previously, she was the long-standing CEO and CFO at Siemens Sp. z o.o.She is a member of the Supervisory Board of Santander Bank Polska,President of the Council of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, and amember of the programme boards for the European Economic Congress (EEC),the Open Eyes Economy Summit (OEES), and the European Forum for NewIdeas (EFNI). She is a graduate of the Faculty of Foreign Trade at theSGH Warsaw School of Economics, and she completed the IESE AdvancedManagement Program in Barcelona.

The Company further announces that Dominika Bettman is not engaged inany business activities competing with the Company's business, nor as apartner in any partnership under civil law or other type of partnershipcompeting with the Company's business, or member of the governing bodyof any company or other legal entity competing with the Company'sbusiness, and is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtorsmaintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register of August20th 1997.
