2. Shareholder Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień" based inWarsaw, Jana Pawła II 24, represented by Powszechne TowarzystwoEmerytalne PZU S.A., a submission of the candidacy of Ms Izabela Felczak- Poturnicka as member of the Company's Supervisory Board.
