The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") announces that onApril 30th 2020 Ms Agnieszka Kułton, Management Board Member for DebtCollection Management, resigned from the Management Board, with effectfrom May 28th 2020. Ms Agnieszka Kułton's resignation is due to healthreasons. In view of this, today, acting pursuant to Art. 7.4 of theArticles of Association of KRUK S.A., the President of the KRUK S.A.Management Board has submitted a motion to the KRUK S.A. SupervisoryBoard for the appointment of Mr Piotr Kowalewski as Management BoardMember for Debt Collection Management, with effect from May 29th 2020.Mr Piotr Kowalewski has been with the Company since 2004. Currently, asDirector of Division of Debt Collection Management at KRUK S.A., he isresponsible for the debt collection strategy in the consumer debtsegment and its delivery at the KRUK Group, oversees amicable andjudicial debt recovery processes, and is responsible for internationalcooperation relating to purchased debt portfolios.

The Company's Management Board also announces that on April 30th 2020 MsIwona Słomska, Management Board Member for Marketing, Public Relationsand Human Resources, resigned from the Management Board, with effectfrom July 31st 2020. Mr Słomska's resignation is due to importantpersonal reasons. In view of this, today, acting pursuant to Art. 7.2 ofthe Articles of Association of KRUK S.A., the President of the KRUK S.A.Management Board has submitted a motion to the KRUK S.A. SupervisoryBoard to set the number of Management Board members as four, with effectfrom August 1st 2020.
