The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") announces that on May28th 2020 the Company's Supervisory Board, as requested by the Presidentof the Management Board, passed a resolution to appoint, with effectfrom May 29th 2020, Piotr Kowalewski as member of the Company'sManagement Board for a joint term of office.

Information on the new Management Board member:

Piotr Kowalewski

Piotr Kowalewski began his professional career at KRUK S.A. in 2004 asan analyst. In 2006, he was promoted to become head of the firstoperational Analysis Department, which he managed until 2008. Next, hetook charge of the Purchased Debt Department, where he co-created andmanaged the implementation of the amicable settlement strategy. Since2015, as Debt Management Director, he has been responsible for thedevelopment of the KRUK Group's retail debt portfolio strategy and forthe oversight of its implementation, including management of bothamicable and court settlement processes, as well as for cooperation withOperations Directors in each of the countries where the Group ispresent. Piotr Kowalewski graduated from two Wrocław-based universities.In 1999-2004, he completed a Master's degree at the then University ofEconomics (currently Wrocław University), majoring in econometrics formanagers. At the same time, in 2001-2006 he obtained a Master's degreein engineering at the Wrocław University of Technology, majoring inComputer Science and Management. He has also completed post-graduatecourses in Psychology in Business at WSB University. At the KRUK Group,Piotr Kowalewski is responsible for areas related to the management ofpurchased debt portfolios.

The Company also announces that, according to his representation, PiotrKowalewski does not conduct any activities competing with the Company'sbusiness, nor is he a partner in any competing partnership under civillaw or another type of partnership, or a member of the governing body ofany other competing legal entity. Piotr Kowalewski is not entered in theRegister of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on theNational Court Register.
