Sub: Intimation for Allotment of 1,48,909 number of equity shares pursuant to exercise of options under Krsnaa Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2020 (“ESOS 2020”).

This is to inform that pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company vide resolution passed by circulation on June 27, 2025, has allotted in aggregate 1,48,909 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/‐ each, to eligible employees pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS 2020 of the Company.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid‐up equity share capital of the Company stands increased as under:
