Dear Sir/Madam,
Sub: Information relating to the 14[th] Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company, Record Date and Book Closure Date.
We wish to inform you that the 14[th] AGM of the Company will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024 at 14.15 Hrs. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) General Circular Nos. No. 09/2023 dated 25th September, 2023 and other relevant circulars, if any, issued by MCA read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD2/P/CIR/2023/167 dated October 7, 2023 and other relevant circulars issued by the SEBI, from time to time.
In compliance with the above-mentioned circulars, the Notice of the 14[th] AGM and Annual Report inter alia, containing the financial statements and other statutory reports for the year ended March 31, 2024 will be sent, in due course, electronically to all the Members of the Company whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Depository Participant(s).
The details such as manner of (i) registering/ updating email addresses, (ii) casting vote through e-voting and (iii) attending the AGM through VC or OAVM will be set out in the Notice of the 14[th] AGM.
In view of the above we wish to inform the below details:
