Director Disclosure Update
Kropz Plc (AIM: KRPZ), an emerging African phosphate producer and developer, issues the following disclosure in relation to Linda Beal, Independent Non-Executive Director and Interim Chair, pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
Linda Beal was a Non-Executive Director of Airnow plc (which was re-registered as a private company on 26 October 2023) from 13 April 2021 until her resignation on 6 November 2022. On 9 October 2023 Airnow plc entered into a Company Voluntary Arrangement.
There is nothing further to disclose in respect of Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
