Result of AGM

Kropz plc (AIM: KRPZ), an emerging African phosphate producer, is pleased to announce that all the resolutions put to its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, Monday 29 September 2025, were duly passed on a show of hands. A breakdown of proxy votes lodged prior to the AGM will be available shortly on the Company's website.

The Board notes that all resolutions have been passed with the requisite majority.

As announced on 4 September 2025, the Company intends to hold a separate general meeting to propose a resolution to receive and adopt the Financial Statements and Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2025, which were published on 26 September 2025. A Notice of General Meeting will be published in due course.
