Kropz plc (AIM: KRPZ), an emerging African phosphate producer, is pleased to announce that the resolution to receive and adopt the annual report and accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2024 put to its General Meeting held earlier today, 4 November 2024, was duly passed on a show of hands.
