Krones: Purchase of System Logistics stake closed successfully

On 31 March 2016, Krones, the world's leading manufacturer of filling and
packaging technology, reported that it had acquired a 60% stake in System
Logistics S.p.A.. The deal was pending customary anti-trust approval.
Approval has been granted. Krones today successfully closed the transaction
and acquired a majority stake in the intralogistics solutions provider for
the beverage industry.
