Hamburg, March 7, 2007 – All of the 1,500,000 offered shares of KROMI
Logistik AG – according to the prospectus of February 16, 2007 as well as
amendment No. 1 of February 28, 2007 and amendment No.2 of March 7, 2007 –
have been placed with investors at a fixed price of EUR 20.00 during the
new offering period. This also includes the greenshoe of 195,000 shares
from the Selling Shareholders. 750,000 shares stem from a capital increase
by the company, a further 555,000 shares are from the holdings of Selling
Shareholders. As a result, the free float after placement of the offer
totals 40% post-greenshoe.

EUR 15.0 million will thus accrue to KROMI Logistik AG from the offer as
gross proceeds from the issue from the sale of all new shares. The company
intends to use the net proceeds from the issue to finance its anticipated
further organic and external growth, to implement and finance its strategic
targets and for general business purposes. In particular, the company
intends to use the net proceeds from the issue for further expansion,
namely to finance the costs associated with acquiring new customers, and to
increase the company’s capital in line with its growth. In addition, the
income is to be used for the interim financing of tools prior to their
acquisition by customers. Shares of KROMI Logistik AG are expected to be
listed in the official market (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange on March 8, 2007.
