KROMI Logistik AG beats own profit forecast

Hamburg, September 3, 2008 – KROMI Logistik AG (German Securities Code
(WKN) A0KFUJ, ISIN DE000A0KFUJ5), Germany's first tool management provider
to work independently of a specific manufacturer, recorded provisional
consolidated revenues totaling EUR 40,115 thousand in fiscal year 2007/2008
(ending on June 30). This figure is thus up 24.6% year on year (EUR 32,205
thousand). At the same time, EBIT increased by 37.8% from EUR 2,448
thousand to EUR 3,371 thousand. Revenues are thus in the forecast bandwidth
of EUR 39,000 thousand to EUR 43,000 thousand. The forecast for EBIT was
EUR 3,000 thousand to EUR 3,300 thousand.

In particular the high uptake of production capacity at existing customers
and the acquisition of new customers in Germany and abroad drove KROMI
Logistik AG's growth in fiscal year 2007/2008. As part of its ongoing
expansion, KROMI Logistik also enjoyed above average growth abroad. Around
33% (previous year: around 17%) of revenues were recorded abroad in fiscal
year 2007/2008. KROMI Logistik AG's pre-tax profits (EBT) were up 43.4% to
EUR 3,461 thousand based on provisional figures. Consolidated net income
was up year-on-year from EUR 1,459 thousand by 54.7% to EUR 2,257 thousand.

(IFRS) for fiscal year 2007/2008 on September 23, 2008 at www.kromi.de in
