KROMI Logistik AG: Figures from first nine months in line with forecast

Hamburg, May 14, 2007 – KROMI Logistik AG, Hamburg, (German Securities Code
A0KFUJ, ISIN DE000A0KFUJ5) recorded significant revenue growth in the first
nine months of the current fiscal year 2006/07 (as of June 30), and its
figures have fulfilled the company’s own expectations. Revenues were up by
approx. 20.6% to EUR 24,001 thousand, compared to EUR 19,902 thousand in
the corresponding period of the previous year after adjustment for
extraordinary factors connected with the purchasing company Procurement
GmbH.

EBIT after the first nine months totalled EUR 1,988 thousand compared to
EUR 2,113 thousand in the comparable period of the previous year. The
company had anticipated the downturn in EBIT margin from 10.6% in the first
nine months of 2005/06 (adjusted) to approx. 8.3% in this amount, and this
is primarily due to the effects of spinning off the procurement process via
Procurement GmbH and a scheduled increase in personnel expenses.
Correspondingly, EBT for the first nine months totalled EUR 1,879 thousand
compared to EUR 2,031 thousand in the previous year. Net income totalled
EUR 1,119 thousand compared to EUR 1,196 thousand after the first nine
months to March 31 of the previous year 2006.

KROMI Logistik AG’s Managing Board is forecasting that the company will
continue to grow in the fourth quarter of the current fiscal year, and that
it will be able to record revenues totalling more than EUR 30 million in
fiscal year 2006/07. In addition, management is forecasting a stable EBIT
margin. Re-integrating procurement is expected to have a positive impact on
earnings.
