Hamburg, December 3, 2007 – At its first Ordinary General Meeting as a
listed company in Hamburg today, KROMI Logistik AG (German Securities Code
(WKN) A0KFUJ, ISIN DE000A0KFUJ5) met with great approval from its
shareholders. In addition to the change in the Managing and Supervisory
Boards already announced, the attending shareholders also approved all of
the other items on the agenda. The former CFO René Dannert (42) was elected
to the Supervisory Board, and will continue to provide the company with
close support in this position. His successor in the Managing Board is Uwe
Pfeiffer (50), who has already supported KROMI since 2002 as a member of
the Supervisory Board. He resigned from this position at the end of today's
General Meeting.

The attending shareholders accounted for about 72% of the company's share
capital carrying voting rights. During the General Meeting, the attendees
praised, in particular, KROMI Logistik's innovative business model for tool
management, the excellent results in the past fiscal year 2006/2007 and its
on-track growth. The successful start to the new fiscal year 2007/2008 was
also highlighted. 'We would like to thank our shareholders for the trust
they have placed in us,' commented CEO Jörg Schubert during his speech.
'Our first-rate position on the tool supply market with our unique concept
means that we will be able to continue to exploit the excellent
opportunities for growth.'

KROMI Logistik AG, as a manufacturer-independent tool provider, offers
producing companies an integrated supply of precision tools. In particular,
KROMI provides technically challenging chip removal tools (abrasion and
bracket tools) for metal and plastic processing. The Company combines
classical tool trading with a peripheral tool supply that includes output
machines in the customer’s production area and an IT-based tool management
and controlling system. The objective of KROMI’s business operations is to
effectively optimize the supply of tools for its clients and to secure the
availability of the appropriate tools at the right time and at the right
place. The company currently has five locations in Germany and two abroad
(Slovakia and now also the Czech Republic), and also is represented by
selling agents in two other Eastern European countries. KROMI concentrates
primarily on clients in the engine construction, aerospace and automotive
supplier industries. In 2006/2007, the company generated EBIT of EUR 2.4
million with revenues of EUR 32.2 million. This corresponds to an EBIT
margin of 7.6%. KROMI Logistik AG was originally part of Krollmann &
Mittelstädt GmbH, which was founded as a KG in 1964. KROMI Logistik AG was
spun off as a subsidiary on November 1, 2002.
