Further to the Company's announcement on 26 February 2019, regarding the Directors' participation in the Placing and Open Offer, the Company confirms that, having now been informed by the receiving agent, Derek Bulmer, Chief Financial Officer, was allocated 12,292 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in the Open Offer rather than the 8,797 Ordinary Shares previously announced.
