Result of AGM

Kromek (AIM: KMK), a radiation detection technology company focusing on the medical, security and nuclear markets, announces that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company, held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

In addition, further to the announcement of 28 September 2015, at the conclusion of the AGM, Sir Peter Williams CBE assumed the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors.
