Completion of Acquisition

KRM22 plc, (AIM: KRM: L) the technology and software investment company, with a particular focus on risk management in capital markets, is pleased to announce that further to the announcement made earlier today, the Company confirms that the acquisition of Prime Analytics is now complete.

Accordingly, Admission is now expected to become effective on or around 27 September 2018 ("Admission"). Following Admission, KRM22 will have 16,376,388 Ordinary shares in issue. All Ordinary Shares have equal voting rights and none of the Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company immediately following Admission will therefore be 16,376,388.

Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in this announcement shall have the same meaning ascribed to such terms in the announcement released earlier today unless the context requires otherwise.
