Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 22 June 2020 up to and including 24 June 2020. Krka acquired 11,170 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 937,683 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 22 June 2020:       2,579   shares at a VWAP of EUR 83.80,

- on 23 June 2020:       1,182   shares at a VWAP of EUR 83.93 and

- on 24 June 2020:       7,409   shares at a VWAP of EUR 84.00.  

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

Ilirika d.d., NLB d.d. and SKB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 1,423,802 representing 4.342% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 1,434,972 representing 4.376% of all shares issued.
