Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 29 July 2020, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 3 August 2020 up to and including 6 August 2020. Krka acquired 3,413 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 289,639 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 3 August 2020:        581   shares at a VWAP of EUR 83.02,

- on 4 August 2020:        245   shares at a VWAP of EUR 84.20,

- on 5 August 2020:     1,309   shares at a VWAP of EUR 85.04 and

- on 6 August 2020:     1,278   shares at a VWAP of EUR 85.65.

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

Ilirika d.d., Intercaptial d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 1,436,666 representing 4.381% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 1,439,217 representing 4.389% of all shares issued.
