Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 29 July 2020, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 24 August 2020 up to and including 28 August 2020. Krka acquired 7,262 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 626,677 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 24 August 2020:      962   shares at a VWAP of EUR 87.53,

- on 25 August 2020:   1,560   shares at a VWAP of EUR 86.78,

- on 26 August 2020:   1,595   shares at a VWAP of EUR 86.00,

- on 27 August 2020:   1,576   shares at a VWAP of EUR 86.06 and

- on 28 August 2020:   1,569   shares at a VWAP of EUR 85.59.

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

Intercaptial d.d, Ilirika d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 1,445,946 representing 4.409% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 1,453,208 representing 4.431% of all shares issued.
