Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 29 July 2020, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 31 August 2020 up to and including 4 September 2020. Krka acquired 8,625 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 751,752 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 31 August 2020:      1,603   shares at a VWAP of EUR 85.00,

- on 1 September 2020:  1,791   shares at a VWAP of EUR 87.11,

- on 2 September 2020:  1,803   shares at a VWAP of EUR 87.58,

- on 3 September 2020:  1,630   shares at a VWAP of EUR 88.17 and

- on 4 September 2020:  1,798   shares at a VWAP of EUR 87.79.

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

Intercaptial d.d, Ilirika d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 1,453,208 representing 4.431% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 1,461,833 representing 4.458% of all shares issued.
