Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 29 July 2020, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 14 September 2020 up to and including 18 September 2020. Krka acquired 7,369 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 642,243 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 14 September 2020:        1,637   shares at a VWAP of EUR 87.57,

- on 15 September 2020:        1,510   shares at a VWAP of EUR 87.20,

- on 16 September 2020:        1,349   shares at a VWAP of EUR 87.40,

- on 17 September 2020:        1,437   shares at a VWAP of EUR 86.90 and

- on 18 September 2020:        1,436   shares at a VWAP of EUR 86.66.

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

Intercaptial d.d, Ilirika d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 1,467,879 representing 4.476% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 1,475,248 representing 4.499% of all shares issued.
