Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 29 July 2020, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 21 September 2020 up to and including 25 September 2020. Krka acquired 4,285 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 364,956 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 21 September 2020:        1,440   shares at a VWAP of EUR 86.00,

- on 22 September 2020:        1,243   shares at a VWAP of EUR 84.51,

- on 23 September 2020:           600   shares at a VWAP of EUR 84.83,

- on 24 September 2020:             58   shares at a VWAP of EUR 85.00 and

- on 25 September 2020:           944   shares at a VWAP of EUR 85.00.

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

Ilirika d.d., Intercaptial d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 1,475,248 representing 4.499% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 1,479,533 representing 4.512% of all shares issued.
